At Garza Blanca Preserve’s Spa Imagine, we are getting ready for the first week of June Wellness, a whole month dedicated to fitness, well-being and relaxation. We will be welcoming a number of participants both local and from the United States to join us for what is destined to be a month that will raise our vibration and heart rate.
First off, we have a selection of expert yoga instructors to lead our daily yoga sessions. Prócoro Hernandez, our resident yoga teacher, will guide Kundalini Yoga sessions on the beach and by the river as well as offer our June Wellness Retreat guests a special “Meditation for the Heart.” Guest yoga instructor, Mónica González, founder of Korima yoga studio in Puerto Vallarta, will also be joining us each week to give a yoga class.
Experiences with yoga teacher, coach and artist, Olivia Cecchettini. begin on Saturday June 6 with a Sunset Om Experience accompanied by the music of San Diego musician, Matt Huz who will also be joining Olivia during her yoga classes. You can check out Matt’s music by clicking here.
The June Wellness Retreat Fit Camp will also kick off with Reno Perez, who will be leading an intense fitness program at the Outdoor Play and Fitness area. Reno will be joining us for the whole month of the June Wellness Retreat on Saturdays.
The workshops scheduled for the first week will be delivered by Mindfulhabits founder Karoll González, Maricela Rodríguez, reiki master and holistic therapist and Rosa González, Spa Imagine’s manager. Topics such as how to reduce stress, releasing negative charges and skin and beauty tips will be on offer to June Wellness Retreat guests.
