As a full owner, you can enjoy your villa as much as you desire, with the flexibility of adding it to the rental program when you plan to be elsewhere. As a fractional owner, each one-quarter share assures co-owners a minimum of three months per year, and eighth-share owners six weeks a year. As a co-owner you may reserve additional time on a space-available basis.
An equitable system is in place that rotates co-owner occupancy schedules. Each one-eighth and one-quarter-share co-owner will have equal access to their residence over a 50-year rotating calendar. Internal exchanges may be made on an availability basis.
