Hamara SpaSpa Guide

Hours of operation

You can enjoy daily Hamara Spa services from 9:00 am to 8:00 p.m. Please contact our Spa Concierge may you require to schedule your service during off hours.

Reservations

Our Spa Concierge is happy to help with your reservations at Ext: 3001. You may also seek an appointment by visiting Hamara Spa directly. Our highly trained staff are pleased to assist you in selecting the best treatment with your needs in mind.

We recommend making reservations 24 hours in advance in an effort to allot more schedule options. We accept walk-in bookings based in availability.

Please don’t hesitate to contact us regarding any additional information or services you may care for including special requests.

Health conditions

At the time of making a reservation, we kindly request that you let us know if you have any health condition(s), allergies, or recent injuries so that we can make any needed adjustments to your services.

In order to provide the best services, we ask that you complete a questionnaire before your treatment so that we may ensure your comfort, safety and provide proper service according to your needs. The spa is not liable for any personal incidents related to health.

Gift certificates

Gift certificates are available directly at the Spa. Please contact our staff to assist you. All services are redeemable as gift certificates.

Gym

The fitness center is open daily from 7:00 am until 11:00 pm. We have water and towels for use.

Any doubt about the operation or failure of equipment please go to the Spa staff.

Cancellation Policy

We request the courtesy of six hours notice in the event you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment.

In case of no show or short notice cancellation, the spa will charge your room or credit card in full amount.

Delays

When arriving late the service time will be reduced. As a courtesy to the following guest, the services will finish at the expected time.

Method of payment

For your convenience, the payment can be made before your service so that you will not have to wait in line to pay once you are ready to leave the facility. You may charge the service to your room or pay with any major credit card.

During your visit

Our Spa is a place of complete relaxation; we ask that you please help us maintain this ambiance by speaking in a low voice level and enjoying the areas in tranquility. We also ask that you respect other guests’ privacy by refraining from the use of cell phone and cameras during your visit. Our spa is a non-smoking facility.

In order to maximize your experience, we request that you arrive 60 minutes before your treatment to allow ample time for registration and use of the hydrotherapy circuit (steam, shower and Jacuzzi). This ritual is the ideal setting to relax and warm up the muscles, which will allow you to reap the full therapeutic benefits of all our services and treatments. Use of a swim suit in the wet areas is required as they are for both men and women alike. If you do not wish to enjoy the Spa’s hydrotherapy circuit, we suggest you arrive 20 minutes before your treatment to allow time to answer the Health Questionnaire, which is required prior to all treatments.

During you stay at the Spa you will be provided with a locker, bath robe, sandals and towels. For your comfort, we suggest you avoid the use of any object that may interfere with your Spa service, such as rubber bands, pins, rings, necklaces, etc. We strongly recommend that you do not bring any valuables with you to the facility. The Spa is NOT responsible for any loss or damage of this kind.
