Happy New Year from Eliezer Quinones

To wish you a Happy New Year, on behalf of all the staff at Garza Blanca Resort & Spa in Puerto Vallarta, the hotel’s General Manager, Eliezer Quinones has a special end of year message for you.

“Happy New year to all our past, present and future guests! 2016 has been a fabulous year. Just this past month I celebrated my first anniversary as General Manager of Garza Blanca Preserve Resort & Spa, and I can definitely tell you that I am very honored and proud to have been given this opportunity to lead such a marvelous team. Without a doubt, what has made the experience all the more inspiring is the staff, who represent our most important resource and who are always striving to perfect the art of customer service and exceed expectations.

If there is one message I would like to share with our guests as 2016 comes to a close, is that our main goal here at Garza Blanca is that our guests feel as though they have become part of the family. We want you to visit us not once or twice but for years to come. I know firsthand how Garza Blanca’s team can make you so feel welcome. In my first year here, I was welcomed with open arms.  I couldn’t be more appreciative of how well the members of our team have integrated me as their leader and visa versa. We have been able to accomplish great things this past year, and have many more exciting projects planned for 2017.

In particular, this year I have been really proud of the way our staff has been able to establish  a memorable connection with our guests, not only in terms of customer service but in our ability to personalize experiences. We really aim to go that extra mile to establish an emotional connection with our guests to create memorable experiences that transcend generation after generation.

During 2016, we hosted some amazing events, from Omakase to June Wellness to Made in Mexico. During Omakase we welcomed some of the United State’s top chefs specializing in Japanese cuisine; these celebrated chefs showcased their culinary arts accompanied by our own team in the kitchen. On the other hand, June Wellness was a month dedicated to wellbeing with guest yoga teachers, a vegan chef, guided meditations and more. In September, Made in Mexico, was an extraordinary event promoting Mexican culture where we invited local artists, musicians, dancers and vendors. More recently, in November, we contributed to Puerto Vallarta’s International Gourmet Festival Festival, which saw the resort’s restaurants welcoming renowned guest chefs to share their skills and expertise with our own talented team, preparing unique menus for our diners. This was a really great event for all those food lovers that were in town during the month of November.

Another achievement that I am very pleased with is our customer satisfaction reports; each year we receive better and better reviews. 2016 was no exception to this, although there is always room for improvement. However, our commitment to our guests never falters. We remain focused and concentrated on making sure that we not only meet your expectations but exceed them time and again.

To conclude, this has certainly been a wonderful year, and I, for one, am looking forward to 2017. Nothing else remains but to wish all of you a happy and prosperous New Year on behalf of the entire staff. From the bottom of my heart, I hope your wishes are fulfilled in 2017. We are looking forward to seeing you in 2017 and more years to come.
