That is why we are so proud to announce that, with immediate effect, Mr. Eliezer Quiñones will be joining the Garza Blanca team as general manager.
Mr. Quiñones already boasts an impressive resume; once a career baseball player, he has since become an elite hotelier and leader at more than one globally recognized hotel group. This charismatic Puerto Rican hotelier brings over 20 year’s experience in the field of hotel management as well as 15 years of experience taking a leading role in opening luxury properties.
Most recently, Mr. Quiñones worked in Mexico, in Zihuatanejo and Los Cabos, for the Capella Hotels and Resorts company in a managing role where he played a fundamental part in the pre-launch of Capella’s first hotel and residential project. Prior to this, Mr. Quiñones worked in various locations across the United States as Director of Operations for the Peabody Little Rock in Arkansas, Rooms Executive at the Carefree Resort and Villas in Arizona, as well as a six year stint with Ritz-Carlton, which took him on a vertical career path through Las Vegas, USA; San Juan, Puerto Rico; St Thomas,Virgin Islands, and Cancun, Mexico amongst other destinations.

Aside from Mr. Quiñones’ passion for and commitment to the provision of quality luxury hospitality services, he reserves a soft spot in his heart for Mexico. His interests include gastronomy and regular exercise, particularly baseball and running on the beach, as well as attendance at his local church. It’s easy to see that Puerto Vallarta will be the ideal location for the next stage of his ever-rising career, as well as a great home for his family.
