Wine Tasting

Garza Blanca Preserve’s expert sommelier will guide you through a selection of different wines. This is a social activity where in addition to meeting other guests, you will learn about the fermentation process and how wine is made, distinguishing the differences between white, red, and rosé wines. Our sommelier will also guide you through wine pairings and how to tell the difference between the types of grapes by their taste and aroma as well as the kind of barrel used for aging.
