TierraLuna Gardens Restaurants
TierraLuna Gardens is a gastronomic meeting point where visitors can enjoy a complete culinary experience. Karuma The Art of Grill opened in January 2022 with Canú and Kuali set to follow later in the winter. Here’s a sneak peek at the gastronomic offerings of Karuma, Canú, and Kuali. The fourth restaurant concept is still under wraps and will be revealed soon, so stay tuned!
Karuma The Art of Grill
Karuma is an international grill concept restaurant that is set to open at TierraLuna Gardens in January 2022 under Chef Patron Andrés García, who has dedicated his life to the art of cuisine and gourmet food. Karuma takes its name from two náhuatl words, which mean “fire in the night”. Karuma’s chefs will utilize the force of fire to grill top-tier meats such as Tomahawk and Prime Rib, with an extraordinary flavor; juiciness and tenderness are distinctive characteristics of these cuts. The menu feature Short Rib Chicharrón, slow-cooked for 8 hours and Chateaubriand, a classic French dish perfect for sharing and served with Béarnaise sauce and potatoes. While grilled meats are Karuma’s specialty, it will also cater to vegetarians and vegans with a selection of tasty dishes such as Vegan Tostadas, Mushroom Bisque, and Spinach Salad with baby beets, toasted pistachios, and champagne vinaigrette. Chef Patron Andrés García’s specialties are his unique sauces that he creates to accompany his perfectly cooked meats. From Bearnaise sauce, Hollandaise sauce, and horseradish with white asparagus sauce, in his own words these sauces will “take the whole experience to the next level”. At Karuma, diners can look forward to a unique gastronomic experience.
Canú Seafood
Canú restaurant is set to be one of the best seafood restaurants in Puerto Vallarta and will offer a one-of-a-kind seafood experience featuring fresh locally caught seafood including octopus carpaccio and shrimp ceviche. The restaurant will also serve yellowfin tuna and Alaskan King Crab among other mouthwatering seafood delicacies. Canú will open in winter 2022 and is a must visit if you love seafood.
Kuali Food and Cocktails
Kuali is sure to become one of your all-time favorite restaurants with a more relaxed and casual atmosphere. Kuali will feature all your favorite food and drinks (think mezcal cocktails!). If you like casual fare like burgers seared to perfection and pizzas made from scratch, Kuali will be the place you’ll want to visit every time you return to Puerto Vallarta.
The food preparation, composition, and delivery to plate at this gourmet restaurant promises to be everything you imagine and more. The delicious food and gourmet bites made with farm-fresh ingredients combined with the imaginative cocktails and stunning scenery will seduce all of your senses, seemingly effortlessly. An Otherworldly Gastronomic Space

From its Art Walk and Farmers Market every Friday between 7:00 pm and 11:00 pm, to its daily sunset cocktails, where you can enjoy a refreshing cocktail underneath tropical palm trees and twinkling lights accompanied by live instrumental music between 8:00 pm and 9:30 pm.
