Important information - Disclaimer

  • The Gourmet Culinary (GC) All-Inclusive Plan must apply to all guests staying in the same room.

  • It cannot be combined with any other promotion or additional discounts.

  • The plan starts at 3:00 p.m. on the day of arrival and ends at 11:00 a.m. on the day of departure, according to the official Check-In/Check-Out times.

  • For guests with a Meal Plan, the first day starts at the selected mealtime schedule (for example, starting with lunch) and ends on the last day with breakfast.

  • The minimum period for the Meal Plan is 3 consecutive days and it cannot be interrupted, restarted, or transferred.

  • The wristband must be worn at all times and shown when requesting food or beverages.

  • All checks must be signed by a registered guest with the All-Inclusive plan.

  • Each included item consumed must correspond to the plan holder or a guest in their group covered by the package and cannot be shared with other guests.

  • Taxes and gratuities are included.

  • Additional tips are optional; any added tip will be charged to the room and must be paid at Check-out.

  • Once purchased, the package is non-cancelable and non-refundable.

  • In case of loss or failure to return the wristband at Check-out, a charge of USD $125.00 per wristband will apply.

  • Children ages 4 to 12 pay 50% of the rate; starting at age 13, adult rates apply.

  • Alcoholic beverages are served only to guests over 18 years old, who can be asked to present valid official identification.

  • The wristband and the package are for personal use only and are non-transferable.

  • Misuse will result in the cancellation of benefits without refund.

  • The hotel reserves the right to deny service to guests who appear intoxicated or who do not respect hotel rules.
