Rates are available for both All-Inclusive and European Plan (Room Only) reservations, do not include taxes, and may vary depending on travel dates and availability. Savings: Savings of up to 49% apply to select room categories and travel dates. Offer is valid for new reservations only and is subject to availability.
Payment & Reservation Policy: A 35% prepayment deposit is required to secure the reservation. The deposit must be completed within 24 hours of booking confirmation. The remaining balance must be paid upon arrival at the resort. A valid government-issued photo ID and a valid credit card or cash deposit are required at check-in to cover incidental charges.
Kids Stay Free: Available for All-Inclusive reservations only. This benefit applies to a maximum of 2 children per reservation, limited to 1 child per paying adult, and requires a minimum stay of 3 nights. Subject to applicable age requirements, maximum room occupancy, availability, and other resort terms and conditions.
Little Luxuries: Available for both European Plan (Room Only) and All-Inclusive reservations. Applicable to One Bedroom Suite categories and above with a minimum stay of 3 nights.
Complimentary Basic Internet: Includes complimentary basic internet service of 2 MB for unlimited devices.
In-Suite Premium Bar: Available exclusively for All-Inclusive reservations in Residence Categories, with a minimum stay of 3 nights. Includes beers, soft drinks, international snacks, and 25 fl. oz. bottles of liquor, which may include Tito’s Vodka, Johnnie Walker Black Label Whisky, Bulldog Gin, Patrón Silver Tequila, Havana Club Rum, and Baileys. The selection may be personalized according to guest preference. This benefit is available once per stay. For extended stays, the bar may be restocked starting on the sixth night.
Complimentary Bottle of Moët & Chandon: Available once per stay exclusively for European Plan (Room Only) reservations in Residence Categories.
Residence Experiences: Available exclusively for Three Bedroom Suites and Four Bedroom Suites. Select experiences are offered once per stay and must be scheduled upon arrival through the butler service. For All-Inclusive reservations, a minimum stay of 3 nights is required. For extended stays, guests may enjoy the selected experience again starting on the sixth night.
Daily Resort Credit
Resort Credit is valid for bookings under the All-Inclusive Plan with a minimum stay of one night. It is non-cumulative and must be used daily.

Resort Credit Usage
The credit may be applied toward food and beverage purchases and selected items with an additional charge, including romantic dinners, bottles of wine, in-room phone calls, and Premium Wi-Fi. Resort Credit can be used for up to 20% of the total amount of each eligible purchase.
For spa treatments, up to $50 USD per day may be used for eligible 55-minute body treatments. It does not apply to beauty salon services or spa boutique purchases.
Resort Credit is not valid for service charges to staff, tips, taxes, or Market Shop purchases. The maximum credit allowed per day depends on room category and length of stay. Any unused portion is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
