Exclusive Added-Value Experiences
Each eligible group may select one of the following experiences per stay:
Semi-private dinner with a pre-established menu for up to 12 guests
One bottle of sparkling wine
Cheese board with red wine
Semi-private cocktail experience at the hotel bar, subject to availability
Personalized 6-inch birthday cake in a choice of Strawberry Tres Leches, Key Lime, or Red Velvet
Mixology class and/or tequila or wine tasting, subject to availability and varying by property
Cooking class with a pre-established menu for a maximum of 15 participants
Private in-suite dinner with a chef, available exclusively for eligible The Residence Experience categories
Private yoga class for the group
Group snorkeling lessons, subject to destination and total number of participants
$100 USD photography credit with a minimum spend of $350 USD
General Conditions
The Come Together Program is available exclusively for All-Inclusive bookings at participating TAFER Resorts in Puerto Vallarta, Los Cabos, and Cancun.
A minimum of 5 rooms for at least 3 consecutive nights is required, with a maximum of 16 rooms per group.
Benefits apply to all eligible room categories. Multi-bedroom accommodations count as one room toward the group total.
All reservations must be identified as part of the same social group at the time of booking. Reservations that are not associated with the group will not qualify for group benefits or complimentary services.
A complete rooming list must be submitted at least 30 days before arrival.
The Come Together Program may not be combined with other group programs, select exclusive promotions, or additional Residential or Family programs.
Benefits and inclusions are non-transferable, cannot be redeemed for cash or credit, and cannot be applied toward future stays. Refunds or credits will not be issued for unused benefits.
Activities, inclusions, and experiences may vary by resort, destination, and season and are subject to availability and hotel operations.
Group Benefit Conditions
Complimentary Suite
The complimentary suite applies to the resort’s designated base category and requires a minimum booking of 7 rooms under the All-Inclusive Plan.
A maximum of two complimentary suites may be awarded per group.
Complimentary Room Upgrade
One room upgrade per group applies to the complimentary suite and is subject to availability at time of arrival. Penthouses are excluded.
Spa Savings
The 10% spa savings apply to massages of 50 minutes or longer.
The discount excludes hydrotherapy, beauty salon services, boutique purchases, gratuities, service charges, and taxes. It may not be combined with other spa promotions.
Welcome Drink
Eligible group guests will receive a welcome drink upon arrival.
The beverage selection and serving location will be determined by the hotel based on availability and daily operations.
Priority Group Check-In
Priority group check-in must be arranged in advance and applies only when participating guests are scheduled to arrive within a coordinated 3-hour window.
Priority group check-in does not guarantee that accommodations will be available before the hotel’s standard check-in time.
Kids Stay and Eat Free
Kids Stay and Eat Free applies according to each participating resort’s policies and seasonal restrictions when children share an eligible room with paying adults under the All-Inclusive Plan.
The benefit remains subject to the applicable child-age policy and the maximum occupancy of the reserved room.
Exclusive Added-Value Experience Conditions
Only one Exclusive Added-Value Experience may be selected per group, per stay.
Experiences require a reservation at least 72 hours in advance and are subject to availability.
To request and confirm the selected experience, please contact [email protected] at least 20 days before arrival.
Requests are not confirmed until approved by the hotel.
The hotel will assign the specific date, time, location, and inclusions based on daily operations. These details may vary depending on the destination and season.
Applicable experiences include beverages available under the All-Inclusive package. Tastings require prior reservation.
Experiences are valid exclusively under the All-Inclusive Plan and may accommodate up to 30 guests unless a lower capacity is specified for a particular activity.
Some experiences apply only to specific accommodation categories. The private in-suite dinner with a chef applies exclusively to eligible reservations in The Residence Experience categories.
Specific Experience Conditions
Semi-Private Dinner
The semi-private dinner includes a pre-established menu and accommodates up to 12 guests.
The restaurant, date, time, menu, and seating arrangements will be assigned by the hotel based on availability and daily operations.
Sparkling Wine
The experience includes one bottle of sparkling wine per group.
The brand and presentation will be selected by the hotel based on availability.
Cheese Board and Red Wine
The experience includes a cheese board accompanied by red wine.
The specific products and presentation will be selected by the hotel based on availability.
Semi-Private Cocktail Experience
The semi-private cocktail experience will take place at a designated hotel bar and is subject to availability and hotel operations.
Beverages included in the experience will be selected from the applicable All-Inclusive beverage menu.
Personalized Birthday Cake
The experience includes one personalized 6-inch birthday cake in a choice of the following flavors:

Key Lime
Red Velvet
The selected flavor and available personalization must be requested in advance.
Mixology Class and Tastings
The group may select a mixology class and/or a tequila or wine tasting, subject to availability.
Options may vary by property, and prior reservations are required.
The products, schedule, location, and format will be determined by the hotel.
Cooking Class
The cooking class includes a pre-established menu and accommodates a maximum of 15 participants.
The menu, date, time, and location will be assigned by the hotel based on availability and daily operations.
Private In-Suite Dinner
The private in-suite dinner with a chef is available exclusively for eligible reservations in The Residence Experience categories.
Pre-established menus apply.
Private Yoga Class
The private yoga class for the group requires advance reservation and is subject to instructor and venue availability.
The schedule and location will be assigned by the hotel.
Group Snorkeling Lessons
Group snorkeling lessons are subject to destination, total number of participants, availability, weather conditions, safety requirements, and hotel operations.
Photography Credit
The $100 USD photography credit applies to photography sessions with a minimum spend of $350 USD through the hotel’s official photographer.
The credit is non-transferable, has no cash value, and may not be combined with other photography promotions or discounts.
