A foodie’s favorite, one of Garza Blanca’s chefs will explain the intricate secrets to making Mexico’s most traditional sauce: mole. You will try four different types of mole prepared especially for the event by the chef to demonstrate the distinct flavors and textures of this delicious sauce.
