Terms & Conditions

  1. Room Only reservations: rates are based on double occupancy, are subject to change without notice and do not include taxes and/or service fees (30%).

  2. All-Inclusive reservations: rates are based on double occupancy, include all taxes and service fees and are subject to change without notice.
    Government-issued photo identification and a credit card or cash deposit are required at check-in for incidental charges.

  3. Rates are based on our Junior Suite.

  4. Prepayment is required. You will be charged 35% after making your reservation. The remaining balance will be charged once you arrive at the hotel, at the front desk. Guarantee deposit must be made within 24 hours of your reservation being confirmed.

  5. To ensure your booking, it is essential to confirm your deposit payment at the time you make your reservation.

  6. Valid booking from December 15, 2025 to March 20, 2026.
    Travel dates: from December 15, 2025 to January 3, 2027.

  7. Available for both Room Only and All-Inclusive plans. For All-Inclusive, the offer applies to a maximum of 2 children (1 child per paying adult). Requires a minimum stay of 3 nights.

  8. Applicable to reservations in the One Bedroom Suite category and above, based on a minimum 3-night stay.

  9. Complimentary basic internet service (2MB) for unlimited devices.

  10. Once per stay, for room-only reservations only.

  11. Available for all-inclusive reservations only. Subject to a minimum length of stay of 3 nights. Schedule your selected experience upon arrival with your butler. Guests can access this benefit once again starting on the 6th night.

  12. The Residential Retreats experiences are exclusive to our 3 and 4 Bedroom suites.
