The minimum age to use hydrotherapy is 18, and the minimum age to take a spa service is 16. Spa can accept under 16, but only if an adult accompanies the minor in the cabin.

All prices are in US Dollars and include taxes plus a 15% spa gratuity; additional tips are welcome but not required. Prices are subject to change without prior notice, and Mexican peso prices may vary according to the daily exchange rate. Hydrotherapy facilities are for guests aged 18 or older, and gym access is permitted exclusively for guests aged 16 or older. Guests aged 16 and above may receive individual spa services, while those under 16 may do so only if accompanied by an adult guardian in the treatment room. The accompanying adult may choose to receive a treatment or simply remain with the minor during the session.
