General Conditions
The Come Together Program is available exclusively for qualifying All-Inclusive reservations at Garza Blanca Resort & Spa Los Cabos.
A minimum of 5 rooms for at least 3 consecutive nights is required, with a maximum of 16 rooms per group.
Benefits apply to all eligible room categories. Multi-bedroom accommodations count as one room toward the group total.
All reservations must be identified as part of the same social group at the time of booking. Reservations that are not associated with the group will not qualify for group benefits, complimentary services, or added-value experiences.
A complete rooming list must be submitted at least 30 days before arrival.
The Come Together Program cannot be combined with other group programs, select exclusive promotions, Residential programs, Family programs, or additional offers.
Benefits and inclusions are non-transferable, have no cash value, and cannot be exchanged for cash, resort credit, or future stays. Refunds or credits will not be issued for unused benefits.
Activities, benefits, inclusions, and experiences are subject to availability and may vary according to seasonality, group size, weather conditions, and hotel operations.

Group Benefit Conditions
Complimentary Suite
The complimentary suite applies to the resort’s designated base category and requires a minimum booking of 7 eligible rooms under the All-Inclusive Plan.
A maximum of two complimentary suites may be awarded per group, based on the total number of eligible rooms booked and subject to confirmation by the resort.
Complimentary Room Upgrade
One room upgrade per group applies to the complimentary suite and is subject to availability at time of arrival. Penthouses are excluded.
Spa Savings
Eligible group guests receive 10% savings on massages of 50 minutes or longer.
The discount excludes hydrotherapy services, beauty salon services, boutique purchases, gratuities, service charges, and taxes. It cannot be combined with other spa promotions or discounts.
Welcome Drink
Eligible group guests will receive a welcome drink upon arrival.
The beverage selection and serving location will be determined by the resort based on availability and hotel operations.
Priority Group Check-In
Priority group check-in must be arranged in advance and applies when participating guests arrive within a coordinated 3-hour window.
The group’s arrival information must be provided to the resort before check-in.
Priority group check-in does not guarantee that accommodations will be available before the resort’s standard check-in time.
Kids Stay and Eat Free
Kids Stay and Eat Free applies exclusively to qualifying All-Inclusive reservations when children share an eligible room with paying adults.
The benefit is subject to the resort’s child-age policy, maximum room occupancy, seasonal restrictions, and applicable blackout dates.
The number of eligible children may vary according to the reserved room category, occupancy limits, and number of paying adults.
Exclusive Added-Value Experiences
Each eligible group may select one of the following experiences per stay:
Semi-private dinner with a pre-established menu for up to 12 guests
One bottle of sparkling wine
Cheese board with red wine
Semi-private cocktail experience at the hotel bar, subject to availability
Personalized 6-inch birthday cake in Strawberry Tres Leches, Key Lime, or Red Velvet
Mixology class
Tequila or wine tasting
Cooking class with a pre-established menu for up to 15 participants
Private in-suite dinner with a chef for qualifying The Residence Experience categories
Private yoga class for the group
Group snorkeling lesson, subject to availability
$100 USD photography credit with the resort’s official photography provider; minimum purchase of $350 USD required
Exclusive Added-Value Experience Conditions
Only one Exclusive Added-Value Experience may be selected per group, per stay.
The selected experience must be requested by contacting [email protected] at least 20 days before arrival.
Final experience arrangements must be completed at least 72 hours in advance. All requests are subject to availability and are not confirmed until approved by the resort.
The resort will determine the date, time, location, and setup of the selected experience based on availability, group size, seasonality, and hotel operations.
Unless a lower capacity is specified for a particular experience, activities may accommodate up to 30 guests.
Food and beverages included with an experience will follow the resort’s All-Inclusive Plan. Premium products, special menu requests, additional participants, and upgraded services may result in additional charges.
Semi-Private Dinner
The semi-private dinner includes a pre-established menu for up to 12 guests.
The restaurant, date, time, menu, and seating arrangement will be assigned by the resort based on availability and hotel operations.
Sparkling Wine
The experience includes one bottle of sparkling wine per group.
The brand and presentation will be selected by the resort.
Cheese Board and Red Wine
The experience includes one cheese board accompanied by red wine.
The specific products and presentation will be selected by the resort based on availability.
Semi-Private Cocktail Experience
The semi-private cocktail experience will take place at a designated hotel bar and is subject to availability and hotel operations.
Beverages included in the experience will be selected from the applicable All-Inclusive beverage menu.
Personalized Birthday Cake
The experience includes one personalized 6-inch birthday cake with a choice of the following flavors:
Strawberry Tres Leches
Key Lime
Red Velvet
Flavor selection and available customization must be requested in advance.
Mixology Class or Tasting
The group may select a mixology class, tequila tasting, or wine tasting, subject to availability.
The products, schedule, location, and format will be determined by the resort.
Cooking Class
The cooking class includes a pre-established menu selected by the resort and accommodates up to 15 participants.
The date, time, location, and menu are subject to availability and hotel operations.
Private In-Suite Dinner
The private in-suite dinner with a chef is available exclusively for qualifying reservations in The Residence Experience categories.
Pre-established menus apply. Premium ingredients, special requests, and additional participants may result in additional charges.
Private Yoga Class
The private yoga class must be reserved in advance and is subject to instructor and venue availability.
The schedule and location will be assigned by the resort.
Group Snorkeling Lesson
The group snorkeling lesson is subject to availability, weather conditions, participant eligibility, safety requirements, and hotel operations.
The resort may reschedule or substitute the activity when weather, safety, or operational conditions prevent it from taking place.
Photography Credit
The $100 USD photography credit applies to photography services with a minimum purchase of $350 USD through the resort’s official photography provider.
The credit has no cash value, is non-transferable, and cannot be combined with other photography promotions or discounts.
Additional Policies
All benefits apply only to eligible rooms booked under the Come Together Program and associated with the group before arrival.
Benefits cannot be extended to guests booked under a different lodging plan, promotional rate, package, or reservation.
Some benefits and experiences require advance reservations and remain subject to availability, weather conditions, safety requirements, and hotel operations.
