  • Plan hours — The Gourmet Culinary All-Inclusive plan begins at 4:00 pm on your scheduled arrival day and ends at 11:00 am on your departure day, in line with official check-in and check-out times.

  • Using your plan — All guests in the same room must have the plan. It cannot be combined with other promotions or their discounts. Wear your bracelet throughout your stay and show it when ordering food or drinks. A registered All Inclusive guest must sign each check. Included orders may only be consumed by guests covered by the plan and cannot be shared with others.

  • Separately purchased Meal Plan — For guests selecting the Meal Plan, service begins with the chosen first meal; for example, starting with lunch and ending with breakfast on the final day. The minimum period is three consecutive days and cannot be interrupted, restarted or transferred.

  • Charges and personal use — Once purchased, the package cannot be cancelled or refunded. A USD $125 replacement fee applies to each bracelet lost or not returned at check-out. Additional tips signed on a check are charged to your room and must be paid at check-out. The bracelet and package are personal and non-transferable. Misuse may result in privileges being revoked without a refund. The hotel may refuse service to visibly intoxicated guests or guests who do not follow hotel rules.

  • Children and beverage service — Children ages 4–12 are charged half price for the plan. Adult plan prices apply from age 13. Alcohol is served only to guests of legal drinking age; identification may be requested.

  • Dinner dress code — Please follow the resort’s evening dress code. T-shirts, swimwear, cover-ups, flip-flops, pool or beach footwear, sportswear and sneakers are not permitted for dinner.

Sanctuary All Inclusive questions

Meals and snacks at participating venues, selected premium drinks, 24-hour room service, scheduled activities and basic Wi-Fi. Taxes, service charges and gratuities are included. Some services and menu items carry an additional charge.
The plan lists DAO, NOI and Misika among its dinner options. Each venue’s reservation and access policies apply. This does not imply unrestricted access to all Hotel Mousai facilities.
Yes. Room service operates 24 hours. Breakfast, lunch, dinner and late-night menus have specific serving times, listed in the in-room menu.
