General Conditions
The Come Together Program is available exclusively for eligible All-Inclusive reservations at participating TAFER Resorts in Puerto Vallarta, Los Cabos, and Cancun.
A minimum of 5 rooms for at least 3 consecutive nights is required, with a maximum of 16 rooms per group.
Benefits apply to all eligible room categories. Multi-bedroom accommodations count as one room toward the group total.
All reservations must be identified as part of the same social group at the time of booking. Reservations that are not associated with the group will not qualify for group benefits, complimentary services, or added-value experiences.
A complete rooming list must be submitted at least 30 days before arrival.
The Come Together Program cannot be combined with other group programs, select promotions, Residential programs, Family programs, or additional offers unless otherwise stated in writing by the resort.
Benefits and inclusions are non-transferable, have no cash value, and cannot be exchanged for resort credit or applied toward a future stay. Refunds or credits will not be issued for unused benefits.
Activities, benefits, inclusions, and experiences may vary by resort, destination, season, and hotel operations. All benefits are subject to availability.
Group Benefits
Complimentary Suite
The complimentary suite applies to the resort’s designated base category and requires a minimum booking of 7 rooms under the All-Inclusive Plan.
A maximum of two complimentary suites may be awarded per group, subject to the number of eligible rooms booked and resort confirmation.
Complimentary Room Upgrade
One room upgrade per group applies to the complimentary suite and is subject to availability at time of arrival. Penthouses are excluded.
Spa Savings
Group guests receive 10% savings on spa treatments of 50 minutes or longer.
The discount excludes hydrotherapy services, beauty salon services, boutique purchases, gratuities, service charges, and taxes. It cannot be combined with other spa promotions or discounts.
Welcome Drink
Eligible group guests will receive a welcome drink upon arrival.
The type of beverage and serving location will be determined by the resort based on availability and hotel operations.
Priority Group Check-In
Priority group check-in must be arranged in advance.
Participating guests must arrive within a coordinated 3-hour window, and the group’s arrival information must be provided to the resort before check-in.
Priority check-in does not guarantee that accommodations will be available before the resort’s standard check-in time.
Kids Stay and Eat Free
Kids Stay and Eat Free applies exclusively to eligible All-Inclusive reservations when children share an accommodation with paying adults.
The benefit is subject to each participating resort’s child-age policy, maximum room occupancy, seasonal restrictions, and applicable blackout dates.
The number of eligible children may vary according to the resort, accommodation category, and number of paying adults.
Exclusive Added-Value Experience
Each eligible group may select one Exclusive Added-Value Experience per group, per stay.
Available experiences may include:
Semi-private dinner with a preset menu for up to 12 guests
One bottle of sparkling wine
Cheese board with red wine
Semi-private cocktail experience at the hotel bar
Personalized 6-inch birthday cake in Strawberry Tres Leches, Key Lime, or Red Velvet
Mixology class
Tequila or wine tasting
Cooking class with a preset menu for up to 15 participants
Private in-suite dinner with a chef for eligible Residence Experience categories
Private yoga class for the group
Group snorkeling lesson or another available water activity, depending on the destination
$100 USD photography credit with the resort’s official photography provider
The selected experience must be requested by contacting [email protected] at least 20 days before arrival.
Requests are subject to availability and are not confirmed until approved by the resort.
The resort will determine the date, time, location, and setup of the selected experience based on group size, seasonality, availability, and hotel operations.
Experience options, maximum capacity, and inclusions vary by resort and destination. Some experiences may only be available for specific accommodation categories.
Food and beverages included as part of an experience will follow the resort’s All-Inclusive program. Premium products, special menu requests, additional participants, and upgraded services may result in an additional charge.
The private in-suite dinner with a chef applies exclusively to eligible reservations in The Residence Experience categories.
The $100 USD photography credit applies to sessions with a minimum purchase of $350 USD through the resort’s official photography provider. The credit has no cash value and cannot be combined with other photography promotions.
Transportation Benefits
Transportation benefits displayed as part of the Come Together Program apply exclusively to qualifying All-Inclusive reservations and eligible accommodation categories.
Transportation must be arranged in advance and is subject to vehicle availability, passenger capacity, minimum-stay requirements, flight information, and the conditions assigned to the reserved accommodation category.
Transportation that is not requested within the required timeframe may be forfeited.
Additional Policies
All benefits apply only to eligible rooms booked under the Come Together Program and associated with the group before arrival.
Benefits cannot be extended to guests staying under a different lodging plan, promotional rate, package, or reservation.
Some inclusions require advance reservations and remain subject to availability, weather conditions, safety considerations, and hotel operations.
The resort reserves the right to modify or substitute an experience or inclusion with an option of similar value when necessary due to operational requirements, availability, weather conditions, or safety considerations.
