1. Resort Credit is available with both European and All-Inclusive Plans. It must be used daily and can cover up to 20% of eligible purchases like food, drinks, romantic dinners, wine, and more (up to $50/day for 55-min spa treatments). Not valid for tips, taxes, or Market Shop items. Unused credit is non-refundable.

2.Kids Stay & Eat Free: Up to two kids under 12 stay and eat free with the All-Inclusive Plan when sharing the room with parents. Blackout dates: Nov 23–29, 2025 and Dec 23, 2025–Jan 3, 2026. 

3. Minimum 3-night stay required for bookings in One Bedroom Suites and above. 

4. One-time perk for Room-Only reservations (once per stay). 

5. Exclusive experience available only with All-Inclusive Plan for stays of 3+ nights. Can be used again on the th night. Book upon arrival with your butler. 

6. Room-Only rates are based on double occupancy and exclude taxes and service fees (21%). 

7. All-Inclusive rates include all taxes and service fees, based on double occupancy. 

8. A valid photo ID and deposit (credit card or cash) are required at check-in. 

9. Rates are based on the Junior Suite Garden View category. 

10. A 35% prepayment is required. The rest is charged at check-in. Deposit must be confirmed within 24 hours of booking. 

11. To guarantee your reservation, confirm your deposit payment when booking. 

12. Booking window: valid through August 31, 2025. 

13. Travel window: valid from May 20, 2025 to May 1, 2026.
