General Terms
Payment & Reservation Policy: A 35% prepayment deposit is required after completing the reservation. The remaining balance will be charged upon arrival at the resort, at the front desk. The guarantee deposit must be completed within 24 hours of booking confirmation to secure the reservation.
Deposit Confirmation: To ensure the booking, guests must confirm the deposit payment at the time the reservation is made.

Resort Credit: Valid for bookings under the All-Inclusive Plan with a minimum stay of 1 night. Resort Credit is non-cumulative, must be used daily, and may be applied toward food and beverage purchases, romantic dinners, bottles of wine, in-room phone calls, Premium Wi-Fi, and select items with additional charges. Up to 20% of each eligible purchase may be covered with Resort Credit. For spa treatments, up to $50 USD per day may be applied toward 55-minute body treatments only; beauty salon services and spa boutique purchases are excluded. Resort Credit is not valid for service charges, staff tips, taxes, or Market Shop purchases. Credit value varies according to room category and length of stay. Unused credit is non-transferable, non-refundable, and may not be redeemed for cash. Roundtrip Shuttle Service: Shared Airport–Hotel–Airport transportation applies to All-Inclusive reservations with a minimum stay of 4 nights. Prior confirmation is required.
Roundtrip Private Transportation: Private Airport–Hotel–Airport VAN transportation for up to six guests, including children, applies exclusively to Residence reservations under the All-Inclusive Plan with a minimum stay of 4 nights. Prior confirmation is required.
Instant Savings: Instant Savings apply according to the terms and conditions available through the Instant Savings link.
Weekend Sale Exclusive Benefits
Booking Condition: Weekend Sale benefits are valid only for reservations booked from Friday to Sunday.
Travel Window: Valid for stays through January 3, 2027.
Little Luxuries: Available for both Room Only and All-Inclusive plans. For All-Inclusive reservations, the offer applies to a maximum of 2 children, limited to 1 child per paying adult, and requires a minimum stay of 3 nights. Applicable to One Bedroom Suite categories and above with a minimum stay of 3 nights.
Complimentary Basic Internet: Includes complimentary basic internet service of 2MB for unlimited devices.
One Bottle of Moët & Chandon: Available once per stay for Room Only reservations only.
Private in-suite premium bar: Includes Beers, soft drinks, and international snacks. Liquor selection includes Tito’s Vodka, JW Black Label Whisky, Bulldog Gin, Patrón Silver Tequila, Havana Club Rum, and Baileys. All spirits are served in 25 fl. oz. bottles. Selection may be personalized according to guest preference. This benefit is valid only when reserving a Residence-category suite, applies once per stay, and is available for All-Inclusive reservations only. Subject to a minimum length of stay of 3 nights. For longer stays, guests will be able to have the bar restocked on the sixth night.
Residence Experiences: Available for All-Inclusive reservations only, subject to a minimum stay of 3 nights. Guests must schedule their selected experience upon arrival with their butler. Guests may access this benefit again starting on the 6th night. Residence experiences are exclusive to Three Bedroom and Four Bedroom Suites.
