Daily Resort Credit
Resort Credit is valid for Room Only and All-Inclusive bookings through all sales channels, with a minimum stay of one night. It is non-cumulative and must be used daily.

Deluxe Room: $50 USD per day
Jr Suite King: $100 USD per day
Jr Suite Queen: $100 USD per day
Corner Suite: $100 USD per day
One Bedroom Suite: $200 USD per day
Two Bedroom Suite: $300 USD per day
Two Bedroom Corner Suite: $200 USD per day
Two Bedroom Family Suite: $300 USD per day
Skyline Penthouse: $400 USD per day
Two Bedroom Skyline Penthouse: $500 USD per day
Two Bedroom Grand Penthouse: $500 USD per day
Three Bedroom Grand Penthouse: $500 USD per day
Resort Credit Usage
The credit may be applied toward food and beverage purchases and selected items with an additional charge, including romantic dinners, bottles of wine, in-room phone calls, and Premium Wi-Fi. Resort Credit can be used for up to 20% of the total amount of each eligible purchase.
For spa treatments, up to $50 USD per day may be used for eligible 55-minute body treatments. It does not apply to beauty salon services or spa boutique purchases.
Resort Credit is not valid for service charges to staff, tips, taxes, Market Shop purchases, Karuma restaurant, or BathHouse services.
The maximum credit allowed per day depends on room category and length of stay. Any unused portion is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Sanctuary Inclusions
Personalized Butler Service: included in all participating Sanctuary categories.
Premium Wi-Fi: included in all participating Sanctuary categories.
Early Check-In / Late Checkout: available in participating Sanctuary categories, except Skyline Penthouse.
