Payment & Reservation Policy: A 35% prepayment deposit is required after completing the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid upon arrival at the resort. Deposit payment must be completed within 24 hours of booking confirmation to guarantee the reservation. Government-issued photo identification and a valid credit card or cash deposit are required at check-in for incidental charges.
