Resort Credit is valid for bookings under the European Plan and All-Inclusive Plan through all sales channels. It is non-cumulative and must be used daily. It may be applied toward food and beverage purchases, as well as select items with an additional charge, such as romantic dinners, bottles of wine, in-room phone calls, and Premium Wi-Fi. Resort Credit can be used for up to 21% of the total amount of each purchase. For spa treatments, up to USD 50 per day may be used for 55-minute body treatments (not applicable to beauty salon services or spa boutiques). Resort Credit is not valid for staff service charges, tips, taxes, purchases at Market Shop, or at Karuma (Puerto Vallarta). The maximum daily credit depends on room category and length of stay. Any unused credit is non-transferable, non-refundable, and not redeemable for cash.
Up to two children under 12 years old eat and stay free when sharing the same room with their parents. Valid for All-Inclusive reservations only.
One-way airport–hotel or hotel–airport transportation is included for up to four people traveling in the same vehicle, including children. Prior confirmation is required to schedule the service. This benefit applies to a minimum stay of five nights and is valid only for reservations in the Two Bedroom Ocean Front Suite category and above.
Applicable to reservations in the One-Bedroom Suite category and above, based on a minimum 3-night stay.
For guests staying in Penthouses with All-Inclusive (minimum 3 nights): enjoy in-suite breakfast, dinner with a private chef, or a mixology or tasting class, once per stay, and again starting on the 6th night for longer stays.
Daily buffet breakfast for two is included. Once per stay.
Government-issued photo identification and a credit card or cash deposit are required at check-in for incidental charges.
Prepayment required: 35% will be charged at the time of booking. The remaining balance will be charged upon arrival at the hotel, at the front desk. The guarantee deposit must be made within 24 hours of the reservation being confirmed.
To secure the reservation, deposit payment confirmation is required at the time of booking.
