Rates: Rates shown are starting rates per person, per night, based on the maximum occupancy of a Deluxe Room 2 Queen Beds Oceanfront. Rates are available for both All-Inclusive and European Plan (Room Only) reservations, do not include taxes, and may vary depending on travel dates and availability. Rates are subject to change without prior notice.
Payment & Reservation Policy: A 35% prepayment deposit is required to secure the reservation. The deposit must be completed within 24 hours of booking confirmation. The remaining balance must be paid upon arrival at the resort. A valid government-issued photo ID and a valid credit card or cash deposit are required at check-in to cover incidental charges.
Kids Stay Free: Available for All-Inclusive reservations with a minimum stay of 3 nights. This benefit applies to a maximum of 2 children per reservation, limited to 1 child per paying adult. Subject to applicable age requirements, room categories, maximum occupancy, and other resort terms and conditions.
Little Luxuries: Available for One Bedroom Suite categories and above with a minimum stay of 3 nights.
Complimentary Basic Internet: Includes complimentary basic internet service of 2 MB for unlimited devices.
Complimentary Bottle of Moët & Chandon: Available once per stay exclusively for European Plan (Room Only) reservations.
Private In-Suite Premium Bar: Available exclusively for All-Inclusive reservations in a Penthouse Suite, with a minimum stay of 3 nights. Includes beers, soft drinks, international snacks, and 25 fl. oz. bottles of liquor, including Tito’s Vodka, Johnnie Walker Black Label Whisky, Bulldog Gin, Patrón Silver Tequila, Havana Club Rum, and Baileys. The selection may be personalized according to guest preference. This benefit is available once per stay. For longer stays, guests may request a bar restock starting on the sixth night.
Exclusive Residence Experiences: Available exclusively for Three Bedroom Suites and Four Bedroom Suites. Select experiences are offered once per stay and must be scheduled upon arrival through the butler service. For All-Inclusive reservations, a minimum stay of 3 nights is required. For longer stays, guests may enjoy the selected experience again starting on the sixth night.
Daily Resort Credit
Resort Credit is valid for bookings under the Room Only and All-Inclusive plans through all sales channels, with a minimum stay of one night.
The daily Resort Credit amount is determined by accommodation category:
Deluxe Oceanfront: $50 USD per day
Junior Suite: $50 USD per day
Honeymoon Suite: $100 USD per day
One Bedroom Suite: $100 USD per day
Two Bedroom Panoramic Suite: $200 USD per day
Two Bedroom Oceanfront Suite: $200 USD per day
Three Bedroom Panoramic Suite: $300 USD per day
Three Bedroom Oceanfront Suite: $300 USD per day
Oceanfront Penthouse: $500 USD per day
The Grand Penthouse: $500 USD per day
Resort Credit Usage
Resort Credit must be used daily and is non-cumulative.
It may be applied toward eligible dining and beverage purchases and selected services with an additional charge, including romantic dinners, bottles of wine, in-room phone calls, and Premium Wi-Fi.
Up to 20% of the total amount of each eligible purchase may be covered with Resort Credit.
For eligible 55-minute body treatments, up to $50 USD in Resort Credit per day may be applied.
The maximum credit allowed per day depends on the room category and length of stay.
